Martyn conducted his Orchestra on Bryan Ferry's first solo concert tour, Barclay James Harvest numerous tours in the UK, Europe and South Africa (see photo archive), Caravan's silver disc award winning live recording of "Caravan and The New Symfonia Live at Drury Lane" (see photo archive), and Roger Glover's "Butterfly Ball" Concert at The Royal Albert Hall. More recently, he has conducted The Royal Philharmonic Concert Orchestra at the Canterbury Festival, renewed his association with The Black Dyke Mills Band, conducting them in concert at The Assembly Rooms, Derby with its Music Director James Watson playing solo trumpet, and recently conducted The Montreal Symphony Orchestra at The Quebec International Summer Festival performing with Caravan.
